Alice Zhang

Managing Director

In her role, Alice oversees strategic customer relationships, business development, and is responsible for all defense aftermarket sales operations. She reports to Chief Executive Officer Ian Walsh. Alice brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the aerospace and defense industries. Prior to FDH, she served as Vice President, Sales for Unical Defense. Previously, she was Sales Director for Unical Aviation’s military division and spent 10 years at API as Sales Director for APAC and FMS programs.

James Nguyen

Vice President, Sales

In his role, James leads global defense and military sales initiatives, driving customer engagement across key accounts and shaping long-term business development strategies. He focuses on delivering tailored solutions that support mission-critical programs and enable sustainable growth. He reports to Alice Zhang, Managing Director for FDH Defense Aftermarket.

James previously served as Sales Director for FDH Defense Aftermarket, where he advanced the division’s strategic priorities and supported critical customer programs. He began his career with Unical Defense in 2011. His deep defense aftermarket expertise and customer-focused approach have been instrumental in building long-term, trusted partnerships.

Yenty Lie

Director, Sales

In her role, Yenty leads our domestic sales strategy and execution across key accounts, driving growth across multiple product lines. She reports to James Nguyen, Vice President, Sales for FDH Defense Aftermarket.

Prior to FDH, Yenty served as Senior Sales Manager at Unical Defense. She began her career with Unical Defense in 2010, where she played a central role in expanding the company’s domestic military aftermarket presence. Following Unical’s acquisition in 2021, she continued to lead strategic accounts and strengthen customer partnerships. She brings more than eight years of leadership experience in the aerospace and defense sector and previously led group sales for Gulf Air.

Kevin Chen

Director, Sales

In his role, Kevin leads sales execution and supports strategic growth initiatives across our repair management business. He manages key customer and supplier relationships and drives opportunities across the globe, ensuring alignment with business objectives and mission-critical defense requirements. He reports to James Nguyen, Vice President, Sales for FDH Defense Aftermarket.

Kevin brings a strong background in aerospace and defense sales, with a focus on customer partnership, operational alignment, and service excellence. His disciplined, solutions-oriented approach supports continued growth and performance across the military and defense aftermarket sectors. He began his career with Unical Defense in 2018.
